Intuitive painting

Do you remember… before? You get a fun creative assignment and you go for it! You may draw a picture of your choice. Or you may create a painting around a particular (possibly imposed) theme. And you feel slightly inspired and just go for it. All the material is already there for you. And you can just go. You let go of your head and follow your heart. And the final product is not even the most important thing. Because you were able to fully indulge yourself during your assignment. ‘Should’ is not there, only ‘may’. And you can do it, because it’s all yours! You have some others around you who are in the same process and you feel… connected? Carried? Supported? Heard? You name it. That is the purpose of my Follow Your Heart session.
